Design your new job has created this statement to inform you about what happens to your data.

Purposes of data processing (general)

Your personal data are processed by Design your new job for entering into and performing agreements with Marcella van Doorn (trading as Design your new job). These agreements mainly concern the provision of coaching services and related administration.


 

Design your new job communicates with the coachee about the coaching process. Design your new job also communicates with the person who pays the bill (offer, order confirmation and invoices), a virtual assistant (who schedules trajectories with the coachee) and with the administration office (VAT declaration). Only the coachee’s name or initials are mentioned on these documents, as well as the address and contact person of the person paying the bill.

I process these personal data for various purposes, such as:

  • Providing a personalised coaching programme

  • Performing administrative actions, such as planning

  • Reporting and analysing for accountability to clients (after your consent) and service improvement

Marketing activities

Design your new job may, as part of marketing activities, keep general visiting data of website visitors. In this context, in particular the IP address of your computer, the time of request and data sent by a visitor’s browser may be registered and used for statistical analyses of visiting and clicking behaviour on the website. In addition, customer data may be used to maintain customer relations. For example, for communicating with existing customers about new Design your new job services.

Security level

Rights of data subjects

If you are a relationship, you are entitled to:

Complaints

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, please let me know in particular. Should you not come to an agreement with me, you have the right to file a complaint with the privacy regulator, the Personal Data Authority. You can contact the Personal Data Authority for this purpose.

Retention period

All your data will be deleted six months after the last appointment. Certain data does need to be kept longer, as I have to comply with legal retention obligations, such as tax retention obligations.
