Training my mental fitness with ‘Psychological intelligence’

I’m currently participating in the 6-week “Psychological Intelligence” program by Shirzad Chamine, which focuses on building mental fitness. The core idea? Your brain can be your greatest ally—but also your biggest enemy.

We all have inner saboteurs—those voices that fuel stress, doubt, and perfectionism. Neuroscience shows that, besides the Judge (which constantly criticizes everything), we each have two dominant saboteurs, such as the Controller, Pleaser, Restless or Hyper-Achiever. The good news? You can train your brain to overcome these patterns, increase resilience, and boost positive intelligence.

After three weeks in this training, I’m really excited about the experience! It’s an international program, combining video lessons, daily practical exercises through an app, live Q&A sessions, and weekly online meetings with my pod group. I’m grateful to be learning alongside amazing people like Nicolette Wykeman, Fabienne Muri, Noemi Mas, and Anastasiia Balaban. Thanks for the support!
